Vipers Quarterback Aaron Murray Day-To-Day With Foot Injury

Tampa Bay Vipers quarterback Aaron Murray is dealing with a lower-foot injury and is listed as day-to-day, per coach Marc Trestman.

The report comes via Tampa Bay Times Sports reporter Mari Faiello. Murray is expected to walk through practice tomorrow.

According to Vipers offensive coordinator Jaime Elizondo, Murray was injured during the game this past weekend. One of the FOX reporters on the sideline actually pulled him aside and asked about being checked out in the medical tent.

Murray finished the game completing 16 of 34 pass attempts for 231 yards, no touchdowns, and two interceptions. He ended the day with a quarterback rating of 45.1. Now, the Vipers will head into Seattle to take on the Dragons on FOX this Saturday. We’ll keep you updated on Murray’s injury status for the game.
