A fan Tweeted on the BattleHawks’ Twitter page that they were, “Proud to be in the BattleHawks fam!” This prompted a response from the BattleHawks account, who might have accidentally slipped up that jerseys will be available for fans to purchase in November.
“Welcome to the BattleHawks family! Jerseys will be available some time in November, so keep an eye out for that!”
As noted, the Tweet has since been deleted, so it’s likely the BattleHawks may have prematurely shared information with the public. Should the information ultimately prove the be true, it’s a smart move by the startup professional football league, releasing their jerseys just in time for the holidays.
Earlier this week the XFL officially announced its full schedule for the inaugural 2020 season. All games will air on either ABC, ESPN, FOX, or FS1. Kickoff is right around the corner this upcoming February, but there’s still so much the league has yet to announce. That includes rules, a possible supplemental draft, and the aforementioned uniforms.
We’ll keep you updated as more information regarding uniforms becomes available.
